Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with SIMATUK. Please read this policy before placing your order. By placing an order, you agree to it.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver to all governorates in Egypt through our courier partner. Some remote or out-of-service areas may not be covered; if your address cannot be served, we will contact you before shipping.
2. Processing and delivery time
- Every bottle is prepared for your order. We confirm orders by WhatsApp or phone before preparing them.
- Orders are delivered within 5 working days from order confirmation.
- Our working days are Saturday to Thursday. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the courier, high order volume, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control may happen, and we will keep you updated.
3. Shipping fees
Shipping fees are paid by the customer. The fee depends on your governorate and is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Address and contact details
- Please make sure your name, full address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.
- If the courier cannot reach you after more than one attempt, the order may be returned to us. Re-sending it will require a new shipping fee.
5. Cash on delivery
When paying cash on delivery, please have the exact amount ready. Refusing a confirmed order at delivery without a valid reason (such as a damaged or wrong item) means the shipping cost is lost, and we may ask for online prepayment on future orders.
6. Receiving your order
Please check the outer package for visible damage when you receive it, and keep your order number. If anything is missing, damaged or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos (an unboxing video helps us solve it faster). See our Return and refund policy.
