Privacy policy

What we collect: your name, phone number, email, and delivery address when you place an order; and basic browsing data (cookies) when you visit the site.

How we use it: to process and deliver your orders, contact you about your order, answer your messages, and — only if you agree — send you offers and news.

Who we share it with: only the partners needed to complete your order: our shipping company (name, phone and address) and our payment provider. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

We never sell your data.

Your consent: by placing an order, you agree that we share the data needed to complete your payment with our payment provider (Paymob) and its affiliates, and that this data may be processed inside or, where necessary, outside Egypt, only for processing your payment.

Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or unsubscribe from marketing at any time, by emailing service@simatuk.com.
